New clients a deposit of 50% is required for certain services to book in your appointment. The remaining balance will be taken in salon after the service is complete.

Please be patient when calling the salon. We know the frustration when trying to reach us. But please remember they’re only two stylists present and the likelihood of both stylists being with clients is high. Keep trying and eventually we’ll be happy to help. Thank you for your understanding.

Please CALL if you’re looking for a colour change, a colour correction or if you need any advice on colour. As it’s more than likely we will need to manually book in your appointment due to the timing of your service.

Unfortunately for children’s services you will NOT be able to book online and you will have to CALL salon directly. Apologies for any inconvenience.

A min of 24 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule, amend or cancel your appointment. Failing to give notice a cancellation fee (50% off original appointment) will be added to your next bill. We also have the right to decline any further appointments made if this was to occur.
